As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."  For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Romans 10:11-15

This Bible portion has made me reflect, once again, about the detailed work at La Limonada.
We received missionary teams during this time, and each one has left a fragrant aroma of God´s love.  Each one taught us things like: unity, effort, faith, courage, love, dedication, obedience, humbleness, excellence, service and passion.  Each one had allowed us to feel God´s support and once more, causes our admiration and encourage us to continue the service with new strengths.
This year among the new things achieved, or that caused a great impact in the entire community we can mention:

Cleaning Houses
Building Bathrooms & Restrooms
Visiting the children homes.
Bible Camp
Painting the School
Playing with the kids
Feeding the students
Donating clothes
See them carrying the construction materials.

Here are our prayer requests.  I appreciate your discretion on these matters.

Tania.  She was very ill for over two months, with fever and other symptoms.  Most of the people in the community doesn´t like going to the hospital, because they think that they will only go there to die, and in fact, when they are in a chronically situation, they go and often die.  Praised the Lord, this isn´t Tanya´s situation.  She is in a wheelchair since she as 16 years old, (8 years ago, she was with her brother when there was a shooting targeted toward him. but she got an impact in the column, causing her to be paralyzed from the waist and below).
This Tuesday 10t, she is having a procedure to amputate a leg.  She is devastated.  Still, she is optimistic and she shows how much she wants to live, and testify to her 2 siblings and 2 nephews and sister in law, who became a widow less than a month ago.  This is her second brother that dies for a bullet incident.

Denilson (last Sunday07th he turned 10) and Jacqueline (she is 7 years old, also recently).  They are sort of new in the School with us, and they are living in a very abandoned and careless way.  Jacqueline is easy going and kind, and she haven´t give us any trouble so far.  But Denilson is very aggressive, spoiled and disobedient.  He says that he doesn’t believe that anyone can ever love him… He shows no interest of being at the school and he carries a buckshot gun all the time.  He constantly hits his classmates, even me.  Once he threw rocks to me and spitted me!!  Please, help me praying so the Lord can help us in the process of rescuing him. (the central picture (above) shows the very first hug that he allowed me to give him)

We are very thankful because we have receive gifts for the team, we are being treated so kindly and even taken to have a coffee… There are so many details in which God has revealed himself once more.  He is always faithful and uses the persons that allow Him to use them.

Another thing that amazes me is to see the love and faithfulness of the people through their offerings and love gifts.  They are the ones that look for us, and they are always on time.  Those kinds of experiences leave us speechless.

Thank you so much for your prayers.  We need that a lot.  And sorry for not writing before, but we have been very busy (thank God!) with the projects and the missionary teams.

Don’t forget the bible verse... With all my gratitude and love,

Tita
